I don't know about other guys, but my stock IX MR 6 speed knob looks exactly like that.

I had a raised bubble over my 1-6.. but no real screws.. Note I said had.. it fell off the other day (grumble). Maybe warranty will cover it, they gave me a new floormat once.

Also, those temp dials are not USDM and that's not the USDM shift knob. Ours has fake screw holes.

I got the same shift knob from japanparts.com only mine was a 5-speed version. The knob has actual allen screws and the shift pattern is just an adhesive, like a bubble, not flat. BTW japanparts does have the 6-speed version too.

www.japanparts.com It's a vendor here on EvoM also, search for them under the Vendor forums, they even give you a 10% off for being a member, pretty cool.
