Hey guys,

I'm trying to order a replacement door handle for my RS. However, I'm having a hard time finding them. Are they just unpainted or do they actually have a special paint just for the RS? I'm wondering if I order an OEM door handle if I will get what I need. They same the handles come unpainted. Anybody know? Also, I know base lancers sometimes have unpainted handles. Are these the same as RS handles? I would appreciate any input. Thanks

What about aftermarket door handles?
I know this will sound crazy, but here me out:

I used to have an 02 Chevy Avalanche, and I remember their being aftermarket door handles for that vehicle, just as there maybe for other vehicles. THe reason I mention my Avalanche, is it used very similiar door handles to those on our EVO's. I dont think they are a direct bolt on, but any one know of a manufacturer for ours.

I am looking for some designs in the handle's. If I remember right, you could get Iron Crosses, Skulls, etc. Just a suggestion, and hopefully an answer to where I can find some A.E.M parts to trick out the ride.

The door handles are "raw" unpainted plastic. It seems strange that the handles with ABS (which would come painted) cost less?

 

Just do shaved door handles, no handles no problem
