Owner of this Evo VIII?

Hi guys, some time ago I purchased this 2004 Evo VIII on an online car auction, it had a CA title so im guessing the Auction shop bought it from someone in CA... can't be sure... (btw I live in Panama, central america) by any chance anyone knows who is the previous owner of this car? maybe he is a evom user

it would be good for me to know some unknown details... so if anyone knows the owner help would be greatly appreciated.

Here are some pics of the car taken by the auction house.

its usually around 800 by sea, but because it was in non-rolling state, the fee is a lil less than 1400

i live in socal and have been a member of SCE for about 2-3 years, the wheels on that evo would have been recognizable but i dont remember pics of that or seeing it at any of the meets we have had here, the previous owner may have been out of the boards.
sorry cant help much.

Since it does have a Tuning Technologies license plate frame, they may be the ones who built the car.

http://www.tuningtechnologies.com/ - Give them a call.....they should know.
