turbo timer help

I have an Hks turbo timer and i have it set on "auto". It seems like it makes the car idle too long after even a 10 min trip. 3 to 4 min. My question is how long does the car need really need to cool down after regular everyday driving?

I'm not too sure but I took off my turbo timer because it got annoying. I hadn't ran it hard in a while so I don't feel my turbo needing to cool down. I have over 100k miles on my turbo and it is in perfect condition. No shaftplay and no oil leaks.

Mine's not HKS but when it's on auto, it usually time it at most 1 min and the least time is 30 seconds.

don't boost 30 seconds/1 minute before you park.

no turbo timer needed.
