EVO poster
You could just print your own by visiting this site. While it won't be as nice as a legitimate poster, you can make it anything and you can easily make it as large as you would like. An example from the site...

I am not sure if it is cheaper, I did a 5foot by 5foot print using 13x19in pieces of paper. I thought it would be something fun to do as I was bored one weekend. I went through about 3 sets of ink cartridges (1 set = $65). I was using an Epson Stylus 1280 and in the end I didn't even finish the whole thing.
I took a solar image that was 33kx45k resolution and got it to fit 5ftx5ft, the resulting file was 1.2gb and I made several slices that were 13x19in and saved them as seperate pdf's (400-600mb each). Printed them from there. Maybe if you don't print 1440dpi you can be a little more economical haha.

Just build it up from printing 4 20x30 posters @ $20/print:

I printed a 5M pixel file on that size and turned out just fine. If you have a raw image from a nice 10Mpixel camera, you can easily cut into 4 and print on this size.
