interior control lights (led) dash issue

interior control lights (led) dash issue
I installed a new radio and pulled out my boost gauge and now my led's on my ac/fan/temp and the lights on the cluster won't dim on my tach/speed/etc.
I installed a new radio and a relocation kit. I also removed a boost gauge which was wired into the harness of the dimmer switch. I don't think there is a fuse for this, but I check a few different fuses.
I might of been possible to the black/white of my gauge to touch each other, but I dont' recall it doing that.
The radio was simple with a harness.. Wasn't any splicing. except for the radio to harness adapter which i did before the install.
is it possible the relay for my dinner (box thing the plug connect) went bad? or is there a fuse for these lights..
my radio works, my over head lights work,
