please stop encouraging to remove the fenders for painting. this will not save time/money/quality. this is as silly as removing your engine for an oil change...

Are the bolts easy to find for the fenders? I have to realign mine, not quite 100% flush.

ok you can paint fenders off the car and then install them. I did that on my Z turned out fine. My friend at toyota dealer does all my painting and i install never had issues. NOW lining the fender up can be a pain also note if you have to drill your OWN HOLES FIRST i might sugguest mounting it now while unpainted so you dont damn the paint. i install both body kits on my evo and z after painting then again i have done several on others cars etc so if its your first time i would say try taking off your oem bumper first and see how that goes. if it feels easy to you reinstallation is cake. now what people have not told you is to get to the fenders you have to uninstall the side skirts first to get to the bottom bolts of the fender.

then taking it off is like clock work so its defenatly a all day job just for fenders so start early in the morning and dont plan on going anywhere also have a back up car just in case you need to run to hardware store for screws clips etc
