mbc install problem

Ok I have read for two hrs and can't get straight on this I just bought my car week ago and previous owner took the mbc off and left his lines on so I have 11 psi now I ran the t from the bov to the intake and ran that to top of mbc. Then I plugged the intake and ran the line from the wastegate to bottom of mbc, and looped the boost solenoid underneath intake with a small piece of hose, but no more boost still what do I do or what did I leave off?

have you tried switching your lines around? maybe its backwards.
the car is only running on wastegate pressure, have you tried adjusting it? are you turning it the right way?

turbo outlet barb to the bottom of mbc ---then side of mbc back to wastegate. Cap off the stock boost control solenoids. Cap off intake barb on intake pipe.

is it an inline mbc or a forge type?

My mbc has the "T" from the bov line going to the bottom of my hallman, then the side of the hallman goes to the WG. The top nipple on the stock boost solenoid goes to the underneath of the intake, the other nipple is capped off. If you set it up like this, and have no boost increase, the no name mbc is junk.
