Flames shootin out of exhaust

Last night I was chillin home and some kid in a HOOKED up prelude was riding with me and he asked me if he could see what my car could do.....so i am like "SURE"...."MODS i wasnt racing" i was just showing....anyways, he later told me that i had flames shootin out of my exhaust. Is this a problem?

FYI...i have complete 3" UR TB with no cat, WORKS exhale, and Buscher filter.

Dont worry that is just un burnt fuel since the EVO runs so rich from the factory and u have no cat the excess fuel get hot enough to ignite
