lol that was a pic of it before i bought it....its in OK...and no worries no front license plate.. infact that was the first thing i did when i pulled it in the garage the first time was rip that bad boy out..haha

 

Look at the AMS 8 second evo... if that didn't need it i don't think he needs that extra downforce for help.

 

I say get the CF trunk they wait and paint car black so people can't tell you get the CF trunk/hood... better low profile that way.

 

CF trunk wingless is the only way to go!

i say get the CF trunk.. and rock that.... and while the old trunk is off you can either fix the spoiler when you feel like it, and switch depending on your mood.. or just rock the wingless... should look hot in CF with no wing

 

Just reclear the wing yourself... cost me about $20 to do probably and mine was pretty bad lol...

got my wing fixed for $70.00 at a body shop 1 year ago. it looks like new still. fix your wing and get the cf trunk

Why it doesn't help anything just brings attention to your self?

 

What trunk did you get? How much do CF trunks go for?

 

Im in the process of reclearing my wing and have had it off the car for a month or so. IMO the wing really defines the cars looks. My wife says it looks like a girls car now. From some angles it looks good, but from the side, it really just looks like a plain ol lancer. Before this car I was always wingless all the way.

 

Would it be a bad idea to put the spoiler on the CF trunk? I'm aware that the CF is kind of weak when mounting other parts to it. Seems to me like the wing could potentially rip right out of the trunk if you're moving fast enough.
