Sounds like one of your coils is blown --- right or left. I experienced a similar clunk on my old Evo 8, and that was a blown KYB --- and then I experienced it again on my MR --- which was a blown Bilstein (due to lowering springs). If I ever hear it again, I'm immediately having my coils checked.

i had a clunking/ clicking noise coming from my front driver side wheel and it was only when i turned the wheel and only when i was completely stopped or just pulling out...found out it was my stabilizer bar link on the end of the stab. bar....the bolt holding it on was loose so i tightened it abck up and the noise was gone...

no it is not a blown coilover. jack up the side that is noisy, and you will see the double collar that sets/holds the preload for the spring is loose. loosen it more to get access to the portion that the spring sits and touches the top perch. you will notice there is a black plastic ring on top and bottom of the spring. over time those will have massive amount of dirt and pebbles stuck in there. clean them thoroughly(this can be done with the coilovers on the car). lub them up very well. tighten down the double collar(but not TOO tight).

this will significantly reduce the noise but dont forget these coilovers will always be alil noisy, especially in the winter.
