Hey guys, I was wondering what the clunk noise was when we reverse our cars? I have noticed this for a while but never thought anything of it.
normal...just driveline noise...
it's like when you back up a train. all the cars don't immediately start backing up when the engine starts to go backwards. there is a little play in between each rail car.
same with our cars...transaxle to transfer case to driveshaft to rear diff.
