Well I decided to get some gas; I was on empty. I go and put my card through, and answer all the dumb questions and press 91 octane. I start filling my tank and top it off when I look down and it says I just filled up with 87. I couldn't believe it, I pressed 91, there is no mistake in that. So, I go and complain bout the pump and they say, ooo sometimes the wires get corroded and makes it say only whatever octane it is stuck on. What the **** kind of crap is that. lucky for me I noticed or my motor would of been crap. So, I went and put in NOS octane booster, so I should be good.

Octane booster will not help. Nope you are no ggod. Dont boost,
You need to drain out some and fill it up with race gas . Or drain out all.

Do it as soon as possible. Do not run on straight 87.

couple options you have,
drive at least 3/4 tank and fill up with c16.
Or dont boost, until you use it all.

The third option if you go to track, drain it.
your pick.

yeah thats true, well I am just going to log it for the week until it is all empty. As long as I dont get knock I will be happy. Still crappy, how you go to get gas and end up with something you don't want, just ridiculous.

Yeah I was going to use the option of running it down 3/4 and fill up with 101 octane, and still not boost it for another week.

Search for the octane mixture thread on here. I would do it for you but I am too lazy. I think its stuff like rubbing alcohol or some other store brand something that actually boosts octane ratings. Be careful nonetheless
