seems the local dealers cant be of much help
other than a used one which might not be in mint shape
Im looking for the rubber lip and hardware and a new undertray

Better off to spend $8 and do this:

You can set it back farther so it doesn't stick out so much ... kinda like stock. Or if you install it like in the pic below at least take a black sharpie and hide the tape line. I would recommend using screws and washers and avoid the tape all together. Just set it back on your stock splash shield and call it good.

I wouldn't put it up front like that but you most certainly could put it on your splash shield and it would do more than that BS zero lift kit people are paying a fortune for.
Went to Home Depot today to look at those garage door seal things. Don't think they would do anything at highway speeds or higher. There was an opened pack so i got a better look and feel for it. It's so flimsy that it would just fold over at those speeds.
