A couple idling issues....

OK guys I have a couple of issues with the idle, I don't believe that they are related.

1st issue- I installed the Evo X BOV today and the car is acting like their is a vacuum leak, if I punch it then put the clutch in the rpms go way down and sometime it dies. I rechecked the vacuum lines and everything seems to be good.... I don't know does anyone else have this issue with the ix bov?

2nd Issue- If I turn the heater knob to defrost and turn the fan on the RPMs drop to 750 and it idles rough.... ???? Anyone else had this issue?

maybe some kind of voltage drop when the fan and heater is on, i know mine drops a tiny bit when thats all on... but not enough to make it idle rough

rough idle= most common cause is a vacuum leak check your lines and the recirculation hoses on the BoV, and every other vacuum line possible e.g. pcv and egr and all that jazz
