which do you find more compfy, the ble stockers for the 8, or the black stokers for the 9? (not the leather seats)

 

I have sat in both and have found the 9 more compfy.

 

i had both evos and evo 9 seats look better and are more comfy

 

it makes a huge difference due to your body size you would have to sit in both back to back
This fall we took 5 evos on a 7 hour trip one way to a track no-one complained about any of their seats (we had each and every version i think)

 

yea, I'm not as skinny as i used to be.

 

I think the 9 seats are more comfortable myself, the 8 seats are not far behind though.

I have the leather Recaros and have sat in the regular Evo 8 Recaros and the Evo 9 Recaros as well.

The standard Evo 8 Recaros were the most comfortable for me.

The leather seats seem to be a bit wider than the standard Evo 8 seat and the Evo 9 even slightly wider.


If you're a bit wider in the "rear" the Evo 9 seat would be perfect.

It all depends on your definition of comfortable. For a sporting pilot, the IX seats have an advantage.

 

I guess both seats have their advantages. The evo8' foam is much softer so you sink into it more. On the other hand, the evo9's are a bit stiffer and wider, and offer more support. What about durability though and wear? I have found that the evo8 versions wear much faster and seem to come apart quicker than the red stictched evo9 version seats do.

the IX seats hug your body which to me is alot more comfortable...the VIII seats i felt to open almost like a mustang.

 

IMO 8 is better, at lest the rear and front seats matches...also its BLUE!!
