They are pretty courteous and willing to work with you. I ordered an oil catch can through them that didn't come with all the parts, had to follow up a couple times to get the remaining parts but it ultimately turned out to be a good transaction. They were nice the whole time so that means a lot to me 
On a different note though, I purchased my JDM rear bumper through another merchant on here, why not look at the merchant section and see if you can't get a better price? Definitely do price comparisons because you will notice that there is a pretty big gap in prices (between $5 and up to $200 more expensive than the lowest options).

ooo ys i will have to do that then i havent really looked hard but the oes i saw were roughly the same price but will look harded now and see if i can find anyone cheaper thanks
lol i just bought one because i had the money and deal fell into my lap only reason i just bought a ati body kit the next day somebody was selling a brand new never opened pearl white jdm got it for 500shipped to my front door?? thats a steal so i had to take it now all parts at paint shop getting repainted i have 3 rear bumpers lol have to decided which ones im gonna keep
