I get about 280 miles per tank. Usually refill at 270 miles with about .5 gals left in the tank.

 

I hope you guys are right about how early the light comes on, I would hate for somwone to get stuck out! I have noticed the 12 to 12.5 gallon fill up when the light comes on, I had my father in the car and we were talking about this very subject about 20 minutes ago. I thought I was going to run out of gas this last weekend on a Porsche club car trip. I had to bail for a gas station early along with a 993 turbo because the light came on and I did not want to embarass myself by running out of gas.

 

I think all mitsu cars (including my 91 gsx) the gas light comes on with 2 gallons left in the tank.
