Wow, I have only put in more than 13 gallons ONCE, and it was barely more than that (13.038 gallons). I couldn't imagine still driving with the low fuel indicator on for that long to the point where I'd put anywhere near 14 gallons.

Another important question... to you guys posting on this, how exactly do you fill up? Do you let the pump do its thing until it stops then hang it up, or when it shuts off do you still force in extra gas?

 

With my 2nd tank installed i can fit 28 gallons in there.

 

I topped it off once at like 13.8, and I was expecting it to be been bone dry. I'd been driving ~50 mi up a mountain pass with the gas light on.

 

13.7. I usually avoid getting it this low as when it is and I take sharp turns I'll stall from the fuel sloshing away from the pick-up.

 

Most I ever put in was 12.102 gallons on 8/8/08. I still have the receipt lol. Ended up costing me $50.45 since gas was at $4.169 a gallon.

13.9 when i was stuck in bumfnck no where montana driving for almost 60 miles WITH the gas light on towing a trailer trying to reach a gas station. i will never do any of those things again. especially be in montana.

haha some of you guys crack me up. You squeeze every last drop out of her. My most was 13.9. I try to get gas before the light comes on. I hate the feeling of driving around with the light on paranoid that I will run out of gas...but **** some of you are ballsy!
