hey guys ive been looking around for an evo and i came across this one at carmax and im curious if this one an MR and it says its 2WD can that be possible? thanks for looking

not an mr. it has a sunroof and leather.

 

the first MR to arrive here was in 05 and they're six speeds

 

no its not an mr, they dont have moonroofs like this one does. also it says its a 5spd in which mrs are 6spd, but that could have been one of their typos too. but being that it does have a moonroof, def a GSR. 2wd is not possible, all evos are awd

Ah, geez, i hate to flame, but do a wikipedia search on Evos before posting up something like this. It has a 5 speed, no Vortex Generator, and its an '04 so its definitely not an MR... Power windows which means its not an RS... so the only thing it could be is a GSR.

 

MR's were not introduced until 2005. MR's are also 6 speed. MR's also don't have factory sunroofs. The dealership probably just doesn't know mitsu too well so they advertised it wrong. Also, either the hood is open or something is outa wack with that body. It's a GSR.

....with the grey bbs mr wheels.....But still not an MR. It's definitely a Evo VIII with the SSL package....And then probably the previous owner added the MR bbs wheels to it.
