something fishy going on?
Do you have any aftermarket alarm installed or is it factory? If it's aftermarket alarm, the possible person could have left some bare wire exposed to trigger some of those things.
It might be your light/wiper module in your steering wheel. The wiper wire is a positive trigger, so if it was a corroded wire a negative ground would pop the fuse.

It could also be a loose electrical terminal box which is behind your drivers side dash. It is red and white. It gets loose on me and I just reach underneth the dash and push it back on towards the driver.
ok, this sounds like a problem I just had yesterday, it has been extremely cold this winter, yesterday it was warm and raining, my wipers were not stopping when I turned them off, and twice they turned themselves on out of the blue. Today it is better but I have a SRS light on the dash.
I alternate between Anti-Lock, Door Ajar and Check Engine lights when cold and wet. Also my drivers tail blows fuses. I sealed the fender hole by the kick panel up, cleaned the harnesses, still doing it. Soon as I find out what it is.... I will seal it up like it owes me money.
