ok i just washed my car today and used some of that touch up paint PERFECT match so im happy.

 

hey did they tell what colors they mixed? maybe ill jsut buy the 2 colors and mix em.

 

The paint color is called Purple Gray Mica. If anyone has instructions that came with an authentic Vortex Generator painted that color it will have the paint code on it. I meant to write it down when I got mine years ago because I could never find the paint code for it.

Bumping an old thread but, I just picked up my jdm rear today, and apparently theses do not come painted anymore. This is news to me and also the company that I had ordered through. So now I have to get it painted. Does anyone know the correct color code of the diffuser portion of the bumper? Did some research but seems like no body can actually figure out the color. Thanks in advance.

 

^Are you sure you got a genuine Mitsubishi bumper? Last I had heard Mitsubishi was only selling the prepainted versions in white. Nonetheless, the bottom portion is painted the grey color. Hopefully you didnt get a fast one pulled on you.

 

Its definitely a legit genuine mistu bumper. Picked it up at a mitsu dealership and all Mistubishi part numbers were correct. The guy got 10 delivered and none were painted. I was skeptical at first too cause to my knowledge all came in WW only. But it is a genuine jdm rear.
