Angry Anybody Heard of Autosportz.com?

I ordered some gauges from them at the end of July and I have yet to receive them. They say they are an internet company so they don't have a contact phone number and you have to get in touch with them via email. I emailed them weeks ago but no response.

Just wondering if anybody else has ordered from them and had a good or bad experience or if I just got ripped off by some scam artists.

Space Monkey,

I am sorry buddy but you are screwed. If you look at there sponsered cars my eclipse is still on the site. It should say Chris M. Eclipse. They stopped talking to all the sponsered cars about 5 months ago. Also they used to live a mile away from my house and now they have left that address that (apursell) gave you. I dont know where they have moved to. There phone number doesnt work either. I have since gotten rid of my eclipse and hopefully killed all ties between me and them. Please go to the better business beuro about them to get your money back. I am sorry for your loss, I hope you will be able to get your money back.

Chris

P.S.

If you have any more questions just ask man I knew them pretty well.

that phone number is registered to:

Durity, Jason
300 Via Lugano Circle
Boynton Beach, FL 33436
(561) 742-4039

either a Relitive or whatever because durity is not a common last name

Yes, sorry for your loss. Whenever buying off the internet, if there is no phone number and address listed that is a good sign to be extremely weary. Always try contacting them before you send money, and make sure you ask them a real question that they have to put some thought into. If the response sucks, I would suggest not buying from them. Always use a credit card, and use their internet programs like MBNA's Shop Safe, which gives you a unique credit card number that you can limit the dollar amount and the length of time that it is valid for. Those measures above are not fail-safe, but it's better than just blindly sending money. If you did use a credit card for payment, contact their fraud department.

Repayment process? Never heard of this process from FTC. FTC will investigate if the seller commit the fraud. If they did, they will charged them. As for your money, you might get it back after criminal charge is filed against the seller.

Goodluck.
