head studs
timming belt
head gasket
cams and valves and retainers
and port match the IM to the head for 700$

 

Damn, you should find out how much he wants just to port the IM. I'd like to do that before im tuned.

the only hard thing on that list is the clutch, which takes about 5-6 hours

That's a hell of a deal, though a bit alarming. Hopefully everything works out alright. It's like you paid for a clutch job, and got the rest installed for free...nice.

 

Hookups from mechs that you know shouldn't be impressive. It's when you go to a dealer or a legit shop and be a total stranger to both the shop and mech and THEN get the hook up, now THAT'S impressive.

 

this truly is the only guy i would trust working on my car. he is the type that wouldnt let my car leave the shop unless it was perfect.

 

Wow, a hell of a deal. I was told 540 just to install cams at a local shop. Hence why I didnt get them yet :/

 

clutch alone usually costs about $300 but i guess since the economy is so bad maybe he is not getting a lot of business and it's trying to give you a discount

I only know of turbodan that offers prices like that.

 

i had my buddy install a clutch on my car and it cost me 400 and thats my buddy you got a good deal

 

that's a crack head price... smh... lol... im charging a kid 1500 for all that and a turbo install lol...
