Is there an '03 MR?

This is an '03 Evo VIII with some IX MR parts. Besides the Rims and Clear Side Markers, I noticed that it has the 6SPD Tranny (with the IX MR Badge by the shifter and the shift knob). I guess I haven't seen any evo's with this mod. It seems pretty stock otherwise (besides the intercooler). Anyone know anything about this car?

There is nothing on that car that suggests any of those parts were from a 9. The rims were also on the 05 8 mr same thing with the side markers. And even the front headlights are 8's. However, the tails kinda look like form a 9 but that just may be due to the lighting of the pic.
The so called evolution 9 mr badge next to the shift knob is not that. It says lancer on top then evolution mr on the bottom. It also isnt a full mr swap as it doesnt seem to have the aluminum roof. I wonder if it has the bilsteins, brake guides, acd, and floor mats, its also lacking the wing.
So I dont know where you guys are gettin this info from?
