Just the obd2 tactrix cable and a usb for the wideband, if u have one.
so 1-2 connections..

And I agree, every evo owner should have evoscan and ecuflash and know how to use them.
You can actually change the guages to whatever you want/sizes/etc..

This evoscan GPS display is just a smaller package instead of having to lug around your laptop all the time to log and have it flopping around in the seat...
Plus it has GPS/mp3/etc..

Im waiting on Hamish (evo4mad) to get back to me so I can order one, as we speak..

I'm sorry but that's one thing STi's will always have over us.
You mean like the Rexpeed Dash Gauge Pod?

EvoScan allows you to design your own gauges... if you put some effort you can make a really nice setup:

thats pretty awesome looking. Is it hard to see on such a small screen though. I could imagine maybe having about 4-5 gauges but anymore would hard to see.

With a small screen, it would be hard to see with alot of guages.

I would maybe have Timing Adv. / Knock Sum / IDC% / Load, etc.. maybe a few different ones..
All the other ones I have guages for already.

I'm just tired of lugging my big laptop around in my seat when i log..

I meant for the main display (tach and speedometer), not the auxiliary gauges. Defi's look awesome but make the stock gauges look so cheap/dim in comparison.

For one thing I think Defi made the gauges for Subaru that's why it matches almost perfectly. I actually like the ones in the Legacy cause it has the white light instead of the amber. Also its clear as hell and does the opening and closing sequence.

Here's a pic of my current setup. Dash now matches the Defi Gauges and the head unit fits perfectly. Key ring, lighter socket, and ash tray all the same color as well. Think I need to hit up the fog light, dimmer, and head light adjustment switches to finish it off right.
