they fade and such sounds like an issue that would be covered under the 3/36 warranty but the abs one you should def. have a shot with, that should be the powertrain related

I am getting one caliper covered under warranty for peeling clearcoat. They are taking it off and having it re-clearcoated for me...

Wear & tear never ever covered in warranty unless you get Maintenance...i work for a dealership nd especially the evos & sti...once u drive off, you on yur own

It all depends on the stealership, you might get some stuff covered. Why not just paint the calipers yourself then you could change the colors. The spoiler should get replaced I know a guy who took his car in for service. When he picked up his car they replaced his spoiler without him asking. They told him they replaced it cause it was faded........
