well i have the entire intercooler system piping the upper and lower and the intake stock air box, you can have this stuff very cheap if you decide to put stock stuff to get the car goign again, letme know GL with the fix

dude that intercooler can be totally salvaged a little time with a hammer and English wheel.... uhh ok bad joke. I have a stocker I can sell you cheap to get ya by for a little while
I think the tickets should just be:
* Reckless driving
* Failure to report an accident
* Leaving the scene of an accident
What the hell do they know that a car is unsafe? To me, any cars are safe except it depends on the person driving it. I don't know what the "driving on sidewalk" and "failure to keep right" has anything to do with the accident. Were you drunk? Never drink and drive my friend. Especially on the Evo. Sorry to hear about this accident hope it all work out for you.

Man this sucks. I wish you luck man. But try not to stress about whats already happened. Think of how much better its gonna feel when you are finally out of this mess, Fixed , perfect evo, no cop trouble.
Property damage was only $2200 including the street sign from the town, so thats not too bad... But its the tickets im more concerned with..

My gripe through all of this is, How can i get a reckless driving ticket which is SIGNED by the COMPLAINING WITNESS(cop).. He wasnt there to witness anything.. I have a lawyer already, and the only thing im truely worried about is the Leaving the scene ticket.. The others will be dropped..
As far as getting my car back, i have a whole crapload of parts that ive already purchased from fellow members, see my WTB in forum.. i still need acouple of things guys, help a brother out!

As far as the EVO is concerned it looks like you have some frame damage, just have the insurance cut you a check and get yourself a new car.
