Yea im all fine.. I actually really dont remember the accident oh so well. My state of mind wasnt all that good
I ended up getting 6 tickets for the accident.. on top of everything.. It was like 2am and after i hit, i just kept driving home... I ended up getting a phone call from the police the next morning and had the tickets waiting for me...
In my defense, i figured that because there was only property damage i didnt have to report the accident to the police( no other car/person involved).. I had called my insurance company the first thing the next morning and had a claim in before the police even got involved. I also called the homeowner and let her know what had happened... But she informed me the police had just left.. I ended up leaving part of my bumper, bottom lip, inner wheel well/splash guard, and sideview mirror cover back behind.. They pulled my vin from the wheel well/splash guard and found me..
Property damage was only $2200 including the street sign from the town, so thats not too bad... But its the tickets im more concerned with..
Driving on Sidewalk ( i dont think i even made it that far up the curb)
Unsafe vehicle
Failure to keep right
Reckless driving
Failure to report an accident
Leaving the scene of an accident
My gripe through all of this is, How can i get a reckless driving ticket which is SIGNED by the COMPLAINING WITNESS(cop).. He wasnt there to witness anything.. I have a lawyer already, and the only thing im truely worried about is the Leaving the scene ticket.. The others will be dropped..
As far as getting my car back, i have a whole crapload of parts that ive already purchased from fellow members, see my WTB in forum.. i still need acouple of things guys, help a brother out!

Anyways, since the cop was the one that witnessed the evidence, I guess he has good reason, but I'd still fight it and say he doesn't know since he didn't witness the incident itself.

U tried working with me?? On what?? Makeing more pissed when u say u shipped out my parts right away, then u get into a accident and I didnt here from you for over a week, which is very understandable. But then you told me u didnt send them out so u will for sure on saturday, once again a lie.
Idk, how this makes my business look bad what so ever, because i tried over and over again to resolve this and u cant even reply with a truthful answer!!
I am not going to drop a disput against someone that has lied to me more than once cause once i drop it I can not reopen the case. Yeah i accept credit cards at my business and if u would have just refunded my money through paypal or let me run it through my business it would have been dropped alone time ago.
Also what does driveing imports have to do with anything?? I keep all my reckless driveing for the track, not being stupid drunk and thinking i can drive home like you!!

U MIGHT WANT TO REFUND THAT OTHER GUY HIS MONEY ALSO..
