Question about "SUPER BASIC" mod.

I was wondering if should I start with the catback first or downpipe. I've seen Dan Bajalis's RR IX RS run 11's with his stock catback.

i run a 3" turboback with the stock catback. before i had the greddy ti-c catback when i changed to the stock catback i didnt feel a difference at all...nothing noticeable at least.
