I was wondering i am getting a evo next week. It has a carbon fiber hood. The hood has sunspots im guessing and the one spot the clear coat is peeling off. does anyone know the method on getting rid of them or how to fix? thanks it also has it on the stock evo 8 wing that is on the car im guessing it would be the same method as the hood.? Would it be easier to get a dif carbon fiber hood that just has cracks. If i clear coated that would the cracks go away or will they still be there?

 

Please search, this is a common issue for our carbon fiber. Basically, sand, reclear.
