I just ordered a CF trunk from CVR and they seem like very good people, I'm sure they will ship with extra precaution now.

CALL THE COURRIER NOW. Sorry about the caps, but it can evidently be the courrier's fault. I used to work in UPS and it doesn't matter that you had signed it. You found your package got damaged just call them. They will send inspector to your house to determine whether the package is sufficiently packed. KEEP THE PACKING MATERIALS. They will help you a lot. Keep the receipts and all will expedite the reimburstment.
