Man whats with the hostility guys? Yes I am calling Philip back because he's coming to the shop to get everything also , and I am making sure I have everything here to give him before I give him the ok to drive here. So he doesn't waste atrip for a few parts. There isn't a question that I get that I consider dumb it's all things that people need to know or they are interested in knowledge of what they are getting so there isn't a dumb question. I will try my darndest to help all of my customers to the best of my ability, because if they are not happy than I won't have any customers, than I will be askin would you like fries with that instead of all wheel or front wheel? LOL Anyways our turbo kit isn't being tuned yet we are still waiting for the casting to be complete we will keep all of you well informed of the status of the turbo kit.

Wow, sorry guys. I have been out of town since last Thursday. I went to North Dakota and bought a new project. I bought an old pick up truck to make a street rod out of.

Anyway, this is the reason I haven't answered my e-mails for awhile.

I'm glad you got it straightened out with Jarrod.

Jarrod, thank you for all your efforts, and David too, he replied to a PM about the battery in the battery kit. Trust me, the hostility was not directed at you guys, it's the guy that has no idea what is going on but is spouting off.

You gotta be friggin kidding me. If you want to play, you have to pay. If you're not ready to spend, you're wasting their time which could be better spent tuning that big turbo setup.

Trust me, there are plenty of people spending big bucks modifying cars that they don't need to hold your hand. When you have money, call them. Till then, you're wasting their time and yours.

Grow up.
Hey, guy take some valium, will you. I have talked to Jarrod a couple of times and they are great guys. I wrote the email NOT to Bother them so they could respond at their leisure.

I had sent the emails WEEKS before and was just trying to find out if they would rather I call. I knew David read the net so I just tried to give them an option. Paying is not my problem, but timing is. I don't think Buschur needs you to defend them. They seem to be doing alright on their own. Try to keep from getting your panties in a wad if possible.

David,

Sorry I started this firestorm. Seems like some people have some venom they need to get out of their system. You guys have been great and I just wanted to know if the email address was the best way to contact you. I know how busy you are and did not want to bother you while you were working. I look forward to getting your full setup in my EVO.

I emailed Buschur about 3 weeks ago about their exhaust system and to date have received no reply. If they're too busy to get back to me I'll buy my parts from someone who's willing to answer their mail. Customer service is something that I look for before I spend my hard-earned cash. Cheers, Mike

The Buschur exhaust is the most straightforward setup I've ever bought.. Although I had a shop install it, I could have easily done it myself. You can basically just go to their site and buy it right from there..

I know what its like to get hundreds of e-mails, most of them are junk mail, and then a few from people asking questions, sometimes it takes me several days to get through all te e-mail so try not to take it personally.. I've said this before, most of what you need to know (Except for arranging installation) is right on their site.. If you have specific questions that are going to affect your sale, then its much easier to just call. I called about the status of my Exhaust system (back when I was getting it) and they were building it (the batch of exhausts I assume) when I was talking to them.. Showed up 3 days later..

I'm a HUGE fan of Buschur products because their simple, and get the job done, and their more about form following function. And the stuff looks pretty damn cool too..

Of all the staged upgrade kits, their products are most cost effective.

Hmm, I am puzzled as to why some of you are having a hard time getting ahold of my via e-mail.

My e-mail address is davidbuschur@buschurracing.com

The best and fastest way to get me e-mail is go to our website and get me through the forums. I check my EVO forum e-mail everyday.

Thanks,
David

Hmmm, I tried guessing your name but couldn't! haha

Give Jarrod a call and tell him your name, he will let you know what is going on with your order.
