Just got back from Tokyo - I had very limited time to look for auto stores, but let's just say it took concierge full 24 hours just to track down a local Cusco dealer, and that's after I led her to Cusco's website! By then I had to leave for Taiwan. If you do not know beforehand where to look and go, don't bother...
BTW, in the 3 days I spent in Tokyo - a lot of windshield time, - I do not remember seeing a single EVO. Saw a couple in HK, but that's about it!

How about asking for coilovers? I remember some guy from Honda-Tech.com bought a Ohlins kit and stashed them in his suitcase.
Also, you might want to consider Ralliart mirrors, shift knobs, pedals, steering wheels, brake pads, stainless steel brake lines, BOVs, Fuel rail, "lightweight" lug nuts, JDM Evolution emblems, PIAA fog light bulbs, maybe an intake, turbo set up, intercooler, aluminum piping for the intercooler, fuel pressure regulator, various electronics(boost controller, turbo timer, etc.), gauges, Stack guage cluster, etc.
If your sister is really cool, she'll go out of her way to buy you some custom color wheels from Volk and have them shipped to your door. If you have a red Evo, how about some Red CE28s? White Evo, how about some Gunmetal ones?
Anyway, there is a lot of stuff to choose from, it's just a matter of what she can pack, how much time she has, and whether or not she is willing to ship stuff.
Either way, you have a cool sister and goodluck with that.
