I'm so pissed off. Anyway, how it happen is that I was going home from work as usual. I was on the left lane on a ONE WAY street. The other driver and his passenger was on the right lane. The other vehicle was a Ford Explorer. He was going to make a left turn into the parking lot while I was right beside him. He said he signal so why didn't I see him signal. He also said I was coming so fast that's why I got hit. I said he was right beside me when he made the turn into me. I called the PO. PO told me they were being ticked for making an illegal turn. I don't think I am at fault.
