Damn, I just got into an accident too bro. But it wasn't my fault so I called the cops to file a report. I'm getting $4K to fix it up and I'm going to do it myself. Save myself some $$ for more upgrades

Looks like you're going to have to find some parts: blue fender, bumper and the headlight. I would just get the money and pay it. Save yourself from the insurance rate going up. Make sure you write up some contract and have both party sign so they can't come back at you. Oh, I think there's some blue parts available in here or on ebay. GL

 

You sound really young and could have easily avoided this accident.

To sum it up you weren't paying attention and slammed into this dudes car. Go through insurance, done.

Guys I was follwing right behind him in my beater and I had to swerve to avoid this accident too and I was doing like 40...His friend in the Acura was driving like a moron and trying to slow down on a highway to race someone or something....Thats what happens you when you cruise around and theres young guys around...

Dave you should have called and let me know that this is where that kids took it too...Tell her if she wants cash then you get to take it somewhere for an estimate and you'll pay that much, other wise file a report and tell her to STFU! Have Chris get you a quote through his shop and give him not a cent more then that...If he doesn't like it, then file a claim...End of story...

ummm you can get a civic SI rear bumper and have it painted for a LOT less then 1300$
