has this ever happened to anyone?
Most people who "own" something know whether or not they truly do and can easily prove it. Also most people do not put something up for sale that they cannot legally sell, unless they are complete idiots. Get your money back, run far and run fast.
+1 with everyone else. When it comes to cars like Evo's, the best deal is not going to be the most mechanically sound car. I believe someone else touched on this also, but have you driven it yet?
sounds shady to me too
lucky u notice it
or else they would have scam u
plus
an evo of such low kms shouldnt be selling at such low price
ppl are not stupid
this kind of deals is dangerous
what makes you think they would sell it so cheap
an evo owner is not so stupid to not even know their car market value
cuz they love car more than anything else
thats why they got an evo
^_^
be careful

yeah i went for a ride in it it runs great its on autotrader. she was asking 18 600 for the car but i told her i could do 16 500 and she said only if she takes out the defi gauges and the amp and subs. So i made the deal. She doesnt seem shady at all. She is in the process in getting the lien release than is going to fax it to an auto tags place around my way to see if they will accept it. And if not she was going to go to to the dmv and get a new title for the car.
"Too good of a deal" is normally the first sign to be skeptical. With the addition of this "lien issue", I'd be extremely skeptical. Be careful you don't lose that deposit man
