Hit And Run!!
well, it turns out i don't have full coverage but i know a very good (if not great) body shop and i will get a pretty good deal on the work. i am looking at around $1000. then this car is goin in the garage except shows magazines and race events. time for me to drive the GSX i bought for a daily driver (why does the evo have to be so much fun to drive?? lol)

I woke up yesterday morning (which was gorgeous) excited. i was going for a ride in my wonderful white evo parked in my parking lot. but as i approach the driver's door from the back i see that my car is no longer completely wonderful or completely white. someone backed into my left quarter panel with a black SUV and bounced. there a sad permanently pressed into my face and a nice dent about to be imprinted into my wallet (to match the one on my car). Watch over your evos people and protect them from douchebags... they will strike when you least expect, even at home! 
The same thing happen to me a few months ago in my townhouse complex by one of my neighbors. When I confronted him he said he was too much of a hurry to leave a note on the car. I said well I was too much in a hurry to call the police and report a hit and run and gave them your registration, plate, and VIN. Eat **** and live with that on your insurance *****
i hope i find who did it, i am hope soon and i can prove it. otherwise i will have to settle for breaking their windshield or something for my retrobution. i would rather just have my evo fixed so i can get back to modding it.
its alright i guess i'll live. i guess i wont be seeing anyone at HIN Scranton, PA tonight. the car was gonna be in the event but we cant have a battle damaged evo on display. Next time.
People think I park my lotus as far away from any cars so that people can see it but this is exactly why I do it. If i am in public place with windows I always park it in a place I can see it through the window.
On another note, with a car like the evo I dont think it would be that much more to up your coverage so that things like this or any other accident will be taken care of.
