Bare with me I just bought my 8, the previous owner kinda has wires and all hanging from the rear speakers in the trunk, is there some kinda lining thats supposed to be there to hide the back of the speakers?

Could someone post a picture of what a stock setup trunk looks like? Mine looks like its been gutted or something.

Nope, there is nothing under the rear speakers. I dont have any pics sorry

You shouldn't be able to see any wires while looking into the trunk.
