Very well said Sir. There are still some low mile VIII running around but I guess I'm just partial to VIII's because I own one. Either way VIII or IX you'd be happy. The X not so much.

 

if you cant decide between a 9 and 10 then just look for the best deal you can get when you find a grand slam deal take it. Thats what i have done and im on my 3rd evo now. I love these cars. When i drove a 10 i was a little disappointed at first. but then after thinking about it with some mods and some sway bars it could be a mean machine!

 

I found a realy god deal on a 9. im gona go look at it tomorrow.

The 3 reasons i got a evo was because of the power potential, handling and of coarse the looks of the exterior. If your getting it to not continue to mod it while having it i see no point in having a evo 9. The evo will just get boring because youll get used to the power you have at the time, and within a few weeks youll start to think about all the bad stuff the evo has and does and constant maintince it needs, and youll want to get rid of it again.

 

i would say a 9 i drove bolth and was going to trade mine for a x but no way 9s are more classic

i would suggest the 8 or 9, the 10s are heavy and slow to me, and i think the 10 MR is garbage, but im a purist, im considering buying one again also, my friends make me want one again lol.

anyways, i don't like the evo x very much. it looks good, but its more driver friendly. evo ix's are more track cars.
