Help! Need to get my money back!

Hey guys,

I recently purchased megan coilovers from SPOOLED IX MR . The description stated in the sale was not even close to the condition of the coilovers. I found that one of the knobs from the front coilover is missing, the springs are rusted, the screws on top are rusted, the boots are badly worn, one of the front coilover's top hat is stuck in one position, and it was poorly packaged. I paid with paypal.

All I want is to get my money back and he will get his coilovers back. He has not responded to my email or pm. I have his address that he shipped from.

I'm not sure what to do. Please help.

Any reasonable advice would be nice.

Elliott

I wonder if these were the ones i asked about couple weeks ago for $500?
Sorry to hear bro. Contact an Admin. Paypal wont do anything cause you DID recieve a package. Now if you paid with a Credit Card contact them and explain your situation to them.

for future reference i wouldnt buy anything without seeing pics to confirm condition.i also would recommend that you not buy used metal part from sellers in the northeast, or anywhere that it snow and the roads are salted. Good luck with getting your money back

good luck i am a regular of paypal if it was not an ebay deal, and you just sent him money he is free and clear doesn't have to answer to anyone, i learned this the hard way. your only chance is if you used a credit card you can dispute the charge that is about it !

Same thing just happened to me with a forum member. Ya he communicates but wont send me a refund until I send the item back to him. I filed a claim with paypal and they declined it right away. It sucks!

Well...I guess sometimes it's luck depending the person. I'm only gonna buy local after markets from shop. I hate when people don't reply to any message. If I can't find what I want I guess I have gamble online buying from other members online.

Yeah if you paid with CC, they should be able to help you. Paypal is really bad with refunds.

so true. but just becareful who you deal with that's all. always check with other people or reps and ask around bad or good red. I always report my friend had a good rep bought stuff with no problem.

you can indeed get your money back as long as you have his old post stating the conditon it was in. And then take detailed pictures of what you received. You however, will have to foot the bill for the return shipping. Thats just paypal policy.
