Has anyone dealt with this user MattsT67? I was to trade turbo kits with him a while back and it has been a while since he has received it and has not responded to my messages on completing the trade. In the meanwhile my car has been down and its my DD.
Story goes:
He was selling said turbo kit on said link:

Kit was received by him August 1st 2009 and signed by him Fedex tracking number shows it was signed by him. It was shipped out on July 28th.
I have PMs with him stating info about the trade, address, number, etc, etc. So time goes by and and he still hasn't shipped the kit out and states that the turbo was in bad condition and that he was trying to get me another one where as in the original post he states the turbo is in perfect shape. Some more time goes by, as of the 13th he has not responded to any of my PM's and not only that but he is listing MY kit for sale on another forum. The only reason I agreed to the trade was that he had good seller feedback.
A little more info about the trade, we was supposed to trade me HIS RNR 35r kit for my ETS Super Value 50 Trim DBB kit. The trade included everything that I had on my car that belonged with that kit even down to the my radiator hose that he needed. I was a little skeptical at first but I asked questions and he stated that was what he wanted, so I agreed to the trade. I pay my respective shipping to him and he pays respective shipping to me.
So if any of you guys have any dealings with him please give me any information that you have that might help me. I am so frustrated right now I don't know what to do. In the meanwhile my G/F and I are sharing cars and its getting a little hectic at home. I've been without my car for almost a month.
So any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
