Schroth 4pt Harness install

So I just installed the rallye 4 for auto x and I was wondering how everyone else oriented the back two tail mounting points? If facing down you can't have the seat bottom in and use the harness and if facing up I feel like that would bend the mounting point on the harness too much. How is everyone else doing it and allowing use of the back seat and the harness?
