Oh hell I still wished they sold for $625. They are about $750 + shipping now.

The economy + decline of the US Dollar = Sux ***** for JDM car parts.

You bought yours a long time ago huh?

I hate this economy. At this rate, by the time I save up $750.00, the price will jump to $1000.

Then I'll just say: "Screw the JDM Rear, I'll just buy a turbo kit."

LOL same thing with me, when i finally get the 750, the economy will be so far in the sh*ter that they will cost way too much and i'll end up going in a different direction. OEM is the way to go bud but like most already stated, being in puerto rico is gonna skyrocket your price.

the price is always going to go up and you people know that seriously dont play not to mention if 725 is to much for you then you should not be rocking a evo plain a simple hell a clutch cost 1500 and up then another 525 on average to install so to me 725 is nothing thats cheap for a evo. btw i paid 500 shipped for mine then i had to repaint it bby so my jdm rear was way more then 725 back when cost were down

I am going to be getting the replica jdm rear. I am a painter and would rather paint it myself anyways. Plus, I already have the black base and plenty of clear from past jobs. I am gonna give it a shot. I have dealt with body kits before, and there fitment is usually horrible. So I think I can handle the replica jdm rear.

I will definitely post up when I have though!

If everything (in terms of the yen to dollar exchange rate) would stabilize, we wouldn't have these problems. Hopefully this time next year I won't be saying them same thing.

If you skimp, it'll show.

I would go with OEM and forget about it.

Today I received and installed the JDM rear bumper. Perfect fit and perfect color match. Took 6 days from CA to PR.
I did the right choice.

Must be nice to be rich. I rock an Evo but $725 is a lot to me. Also my buddy just got a clutch for his Evo for $500 and install for $200. If your smart about it then an Evo doesn't have to break the bank and you can own one if you are a normal person without a trust fund. That’s what I love about Evo's. They are the closest I, or any other person with a crappy job, can come to owning a super car.

Congrats on the new bumper. I can't wait to get one. Did you also get the crash bumper that goes inside? I think Speed Element makes them and includes it wit the JDM bumper for around $760, but I could be wrong about that.
