My se lip went head to head with a parking block and lost. What does a new one cost from Mitsu and do they come prepainted?

 

Couldn't you just call your local Mitsubishi dealer and get the answer to both questions in about 1 minute instead of waiting for someone who knows to respond? Not being a dick, I just can't help but feel like that would be more efficient.
