I have decided to go a different route with my evo build.. Its gonna be a Time Trial car now.
New parts that should be on the way or I already have:

ARP Headstuds/ Main Bolts

HKS Headgasket
Knife Edged, Cross Drilled OE Crank
New OEM Water Pump/ Oil Pump
New OEM Tensioners
Gates Blc Shaft/Timing Belts
JUN 272/272 cams re-ground by GSC Motorsports
GSC Beehive springs
FI:
FP RED Std housing
Braided oil line w/ filter
FP 02 Housing
OEM Ported Polished exhaust manifold
HP Wastgate Actuator
ETS 3" I/C w/ 2.5" short route piping
Brail small battery
Custom 3" straight turbo back exhaust
Synapse BOV
TurboXS Boost Controller
Interior:
Complete gut and removal of heat.. A/C.. Radio, ect..
Sparco fixed-back seat
G-Force 5pt Harnesses
Full 8pt cage
Exterior:
complete custom aluminum underbody
ARP CF diffuser
ARP GT front bumper w/ canards (fixing damage)
Wheels/Tires:
Enkei NT03+M's 18x9 or whatever deal I can find on similar wheels
275/40/18 race slicks or soft compound DOT's
Brakes:
Stoptech front BBK
Brembo GT rear BBK
All stainess lines
motul fluid
Suspension:
tanabe 7-series coilovers
pro 210 race springs
complete underbracing
sway bars w/o endlinks
perrin psrs kit
complete energy suspension bushings set
cusco strut tower bars
TEAS system
Drivetrain:
Exedy Twin Disc HD
Sheptrans stage 2 TC
Sheptrans stage 2 Transmission
Solid rear diff mounts
Perrin aluminum shifter bushings
short throw shifter
It will be tuned either through UTEC (what came on the car) or with a tactrix on C16.. Not to sure on numbers it will put out or if it will be competetive at all but its a budget build and it should be alot of fun to get done this winter

From: somewhere testing various tires, brakes, and suspensions.
Theses threads are always annoying. Read the Motor Sports Forum. See what people are actually doing. Ask them questions. Read the big built threads there. Or find a car you have seen and copy their setup.
Secondly, I would not start off TT with all that. Start slow, go fast (later).
