yea i got a estimate today of 2797$ there was alot of damage behind the bumper and said it would prob go up once they got that off there! I wanted the cf trunk but he said that they would just have to repair what i have and i was like damn i want a new trunk its not that bad but i dont want bondo on my car especially if it wasnt my fault cheapest ive found a cf trunk was like 615 shipped and there going to get me the jdm bumper from the 9 if he can find one i found one on here from vendor already painted i just hope he can order it for me
Yah the only way I can see you getting that trunk is if you tell the insurance co that you have your own trusted body shop that will do the repairs and to tell them to send you a check. You'd have to fix it yourself or actually know someone who can do it cheaper. That's how it usually works anyway.
Well I did back up into a taxi driver after I was starting to back up and he stopped right behind me while I was backing up. So I had to pay for his car and mine which I am paying for over the next 5 years. SUX
