Went to boost solutions

My wife and I were in the boost solutions area
so went by to check them out and there shop/store. Very glad I
did. I pulled up and saw 2 evo's outside and was already pleased with that alone. Went inside and met the 2 owners, mechanics, and some other people. These guys were so enthusiastic about cars, there job, etc,. They showed me the hks turbo there going to put on there evo and that damn thing is huge, not to mention all the other cars they are working on, and there 800+whp supra they have. I believe they will definately get my business. I don't work for these guys I'm in healthcare, but I have had some bad problems with other vendors and I won't name names. This was just a little positivety
in the sometimes negative world of parts vendors. My .02.

Hey Tracer I was there during Nopi and like you I was impressed. The owners were cool and didnt mind showing me around. They treated me with the best service and acted as if I worked there or they knew me for some time. I just went there and they were awesome. They have my buisness no matter what else comes up. They are a great store and do anything to help out .

Boost Solutions is on the top of my vendors list with Gruppe-s as well. I wish I lived in that area.

I also have nothing but GREAT things to say about Boost Solutions. I ordered an HKS EVC V from them. It arrived quickly, and when I had questions they were more than happy to help me. George, thanks dude, you got me through the install. I will be ordering a S-AFC and having them tune everything with their wideband O2. Boost Solutions definately gets 2 from me.

I think a lot of the shops online are really ALL good shops. When problems occur such as bad/slow customer service, it's usually due to under-staff. However, one thing that I don't understand is how certain shops would tell you that something's in stock but it's really not. I can understand that maybe they want to keep the customers from going someplace else. To me, if I like the vendor and their prices, I would have no problem waiting for the stuff. I would rather the shop tell me that the stuff is NOT in stock just for courtesy and respect reasons.

I got a same experience too. there is one vendor here which I order one item before and got the item a few days later, smooth transaction. but when I try to order some 18" Volk Racing wheel from this vendor, he told me they have in stock, will ship next day ! I trust him, but NO wheels shiped for almost 4 weeks, give me all kind sh*t like: oh the Volk USA sold my wheel ! will get them in a few days !! sorry they will not have them in a month ! sorry Volk USA do not know when they are going to have them in stock! sorry can you order something else instead of Volk Racing ?we have other wheel instock !! Finally I inform Paypal that I did not recieve the item and force this vendor refund the money !! I will not order anything from this vendor again ! No matter a lot customer here said how good they are !
