version:SELECT, I Need Opinions on Version Select Body Kits

.

I'm looking into installing some body kit parts on my Evo VIII.
Reason for wanting these would be for performance improvements
and track use, not for bling.

Some of the mods I want to install are a front bumper, wide front
fenders, larger splitter, rear wing, canards, and wider wheels.

Does anyone have any experience or knowledge about the . . .
- Quality of version:SELECT products?
- Fit and finish?
- Performance and/or track duty? (Do they actually provide aero)

Thanks.

version:SELECT is not really a big brand, reviews would be minimal.

I bought the version2 bumper from touge factory (voltex replica)... Bumper is getting painted and should be done by Thursday... Also as far as fitment it was amazing only part that had to get trimmed was on top of the pass side headlight which took about 2 mins... The quality is great :-) only thing that you have to do is either get rid of the crash beam and modify it (narrower). I bought a aftermarket bumper for my old fc rx7 and it was nowhere near in quality and fitment as version2 bumper

Version select is big in the s chassis crowd. Companies like them and origin are much sought after pieces. I'd say you can't go wrong with them

Version Select stuff from what I have seen being a previous sr swapped s13 owner is pretty quality stuff. It is a smaller JDM brand, but has a huge following from nissan owners. A lot of their stuff is used on drift cars.

Here is an example of an s13 http://forums.nicoclub.com/zerothread/358035

beautiful car if I may say so.

Check out Nicoclub.com they should have some write ups and such.
