You sure you fully bled it?
Check for play in the pedal, and check all your lines if you hooked them up right.

Did you buy a new T.O.B?
Did you install the clutch properly? O_o

i rebled it... its def bled right...

i am worried its a disc in the clutch. i installed it just the way it came from exedy, but that's the only thing i can think it would be... sucks!

took the trans off last night. there was a clutch disc installed backwards. I re-installed the whole thing the same way it came to me, so it was my mistake for not making sure the discs were installed with the exedy symbol towards the trans.

should have it all back together on wednesday, and hopefully can take my first ride.

after bench pressing the tranny up into the car, she runs again, and the clutch works! woop woop.

wow I feel bad and good for you at the same time, but I guess in the end all that matters is that you have a beast in your hands that will be reliable and make some good power

So basically it went from this:

OMG! WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Now it can be said it is one of the cleanest and well built 2003 EVO 8's around!

Tuning will being next week most likely!

It's too bad the Badass wilson manifold is hidden... thats one of my favorite pieces on the car
